HOW SHOULD I USE VOYAGER PRODUCTS?
For optimal results, apply Protect in the morning to shield your skin from daily environmental stressors. Use Recover in the evening to support skin repair and rejuvenation overnight. Consistent use of both products ensures comprehensive care, enhancing your skin’s performance and resilience.
ARE VOYAGER PRODUCTS VEGAN OR CRUELTY FREE?
Yes. All Voyager products are vegan and cruelty free.
WHICH TYPES OF SKIN ARE VOYAGER PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR?
All VOYAGER products are developed in partnership with dermatologists and chemists. They are formulated and suitable for all skin types. Full ingredient lists are available on each product page and for any concerns, we recommend conducting a patch test or sharing our ingredient list with your healthcare provider before usage.
SHIPPING
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
At VOYAGER, we process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders placed before 12 PM EST will ship the same day. However, during peak times, it may take 2-3 business days to process your order before shipping. We’ll notify you via email with a tracking number once your order ships. Please note that it may take a few hours for tracking updates to appear, depending on the carrier.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
On average, USA orders arrive within 3-4 business days after fulfillment, although some may arrive sooner. During periods of high order volume, please allow up to 2-3 business days for processing before shipping.
Canada Shipping
For orders to Canada, average delivery times range from 5-9 business days, depending on the province. For specific transit estimates by province, please refer to our Canada Shipping FAQ.
United Kingdom Shipping
Orders to the UK typically arrive within 1-3 business days for most locations. Some products may ship from our US facility, with expected delivery times of 5-7 business days. Please review specific transit time estimates at checkout.
Europe Shipping
European orders generally arrive within 9-13 business days, but timing may vary depending on the country. Please check our EU Shipping FAQ for country-specific transit times.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping on orders over $75 is free.
In the USA, Standard Shipping is available for most locations for $5.95. Priority shipping is available for many locations for $12.95.
Shipping outside of the USA is calculated on a per-order basis and can be viewed in checkout.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER?
Our fulfillment center processes orders promptly, so we may not be able to accommodate changes to most orders. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at hello@voyagerskin.com with your order details.
While we’ll do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order is placed. During high order volume, we are unable to modify or cancel orders.
Please double-check your shipping information when placing an order, as Voyager Skin is not responsible for address errors or delays after your package has shipped.
