Rice Amylopectin

Amylopectin is naturally occurring biopolymer in the polysaccharide (linked glucose) family. It has the unique capability to form a hydrocolloid matrix which expands in the presence of water and retains actives within. As water in the matrix is absorbed, the matrix slowly releases the actives into the skin.
